Return Policy

The majority of our garments have been pre-loved and pre-worn, and we have labeled the condition of each item keeping the age of the garment in mind. All pre-loved clothing, shoes, and accessories are non-returnable unless they have been misrepresented by us. Please be sure to read the description fully, check the measurements and view all photos carefully. If your item is not accurately represented, we will offer store credit for the full purchase price, including shipping. We do not offer refunds. For a return, the item must be postmarked within three days of the delivery date and shipped via track able and insured mail. Any returned item postmarked later than three days will be refused. Because we provide accurate measurements for each piece, we do not offer returns on items that do not fit. Please ask any questions you might have before placing a purchase. We have many detailed photos and have inspected each item in detail.
